Heartworm ... Prevent Or Reverse?
Heartworm is a parasitic disease that comes from a mosquito bite. If this dangerous parasite takes residence in the heart, these are some of the symptoms:
- Coughing
- Rapid Breathing
- Weight Loss
- Fatique
- Weakness
- Fainting
- and sometimes Death.
An American Veterinary Medical Association report on adverse drug reactions showed that 65% of all drug reactions and 48% of all reported deaths caused by drug reactions were from heartworm preventive medicine.
Wild animals do not get heartworms. The major difference is lifestyle - fresh raw foods, plenty of exercise, no drugs and no toxic flea products.
If your dog is healthy with a strong immune system, he will throw off the heartworm and expel it from his body.
It is best to
cook for your dog,
so they have food that is alive. You can also give them raw garlic (not a lot) and brewers yeast.
Proper nutrition and boosting your dog's immune system will help more in the long run; so your dog can naturally fight off the heartworm parasite.
If you want to
prevent Heartworm,
take this during the summer season.
